Thinking about the idea of permanence; the transience of online visual culture, compared to traditional print media, compared carved stones at Newgrange. By designing speculatively for alternative dimensions and futures, and imagining artefacts and creatures from them, I was interested in finding and designing playful characters that contrast with the doomed reality of the future.
If a ‘being’ existed to protect Earth’s last lime, what would it look like?
